BETER, the award-winning provider of fast-betting content and live data for esports and sports, has received a Vendor Minor Licence from the Colorado Division of Gaming, marking another significant step in its U.S. expansion strategy.
Expanding into a Second U.S. State
The new licence allows BETER to provide its live streaming, real-time data, and fast-betting products to licensed operators across Colorado. The company’s ESportsBattle tournaments, featuring eFootball and eBasketball, and its Setka Cup table tennis series are now live on bet365’s Colorado platform, one of the state’s leading sportsbooks.
This launch marks the first time U.S. players can experience ESportsBattle tournaments, introducing a fast-paced esports format already popular across Europe and Asia. The approval follows BETER’s Vendor Registration in New Jersey granted earlier this year by the state’s Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE), making Colorado its second licensed U.S. jurisdiction.
Strengthening Position in Regulated Markets
BETER delivers approximately 700,000 live events per year across esports and sports disciplines, offering up to 50 betting markets per event and maintaining an average operator margin above 7.5%. With its 24/7 coverage and focus on speed, accuracy, and engagement, BETER has become a preferred content supplier for top-tier operators worldwide.
Gal Ehrlich, CEO of BETER, called the Colorado approval a milestone moment:
“This is another major step as we continue to expand our presence across the United States, a market with huge demand for next-generation products. Securing approval in Colorado is a testament to the dedication of our legal team and the outstanding quality of our products, especially in terms of integrity and fair play.”
Valeriia Tarchynska, Chief Legal Officer at BETER, added:
“The Colorado licence aligns perfectly with our wider strategy of securing approvals and launching exclusive products for bettors across all key regulated U.S. states. We’re grateful to our partners at Blank Rome for supporting our licensing efforts as we actively pursue entry into new jurisdictions, including North Carolina, Arizona, and Indiana.”
Strategic Growth and Partnerships
The Colorado expansion strengthens BETER’s long-term plan to become a leading global supplier of fast-betting content. The company recently partnered with Entain CEE to supply its data-driven esports and sports content to SuperSport in Croatia and STS in Poland, underscoring its growing influence across regulated markets in Europe and the U.S.
By securing approvals in both New Jersey and Colorado, two of America’s most tightly regulated states, BETER continues to prove its operational credibility and compliance readiness as it builds a broader North American footprint.
