OMNIPLAY is using operator feedback, player data and localisation insights from the Philippines to support its next phase of international expansion.
Philippines-based iGaming content provider OMNIPLAY is placing close operator relationships at the centre of its growth strategy as it prepares to expand into additional regulated markets.
The company has evolved over the past year from an emerging supplier into a content provider whose games are now available across most major online gaming platforms in the Philippines, while international expansion has become an increasingly important priority.
Rather than focusing exclusively on content volume, OMNIPLAY says its growth has been driven by disciplined product development, operator feedback and a deeper understanding of player behaviour.
OMNIPLAY believes sustainable supplier growth depends on building long-term relationships with operators rather than treating partnerships as purely transactional.
“In a crowded market, we believe sustainable performance comes from consistently delivering content that performs and maintaining close collaboration with operators,” an OMNIPLAY spokesperson said.
The supplier works with partners on both mainstream titles and exclusive games designed for specific player segments and market requirements.
According to the company, its ability to respond quickly to operator feedback has become an important competitive advantage.
“We continuously explore new mechanics, themes and gameplay formats, because a diverse market requires diverse content experiences,” the spokesperson added.
“This flexibility, combined with our ability to respond quickly to operator feedback, has become an important differentiator for OMNIPLAY.”
Feedback from operators in the Philippines is increasingly influencing OMNIPLAY’s development pipeline.
The company says local operators are placing greater emphasis on content quality, player retention and sustainable performance, rather than simply increasing the number of games available.
“Success is increasingly driven by the ability to deliver games that remain engaging over time rather than simply increasing content volume,” OMNIPLAY said.
The experience gained in the Philippines is now being used as a foundation for expansion into other jurisdictions.
The market itself has developed rapidly. In 2025, online gaming platforms generated more than half of total gambling gross gaming revenue in the Philippines for the first time, with the overall market reaching PHP396.14 billion ($6.65 billion).
OMNIPLAY believes that growth reflects both stronger digital adoption and a maturing regulatory environment.
Two of OMNIPLAY’s strongest-performing titles, Super Gems and Lucky Festival, demonstrate the company’s approach to serving different player segments.
Although the games provide contrasting experiences, both have achieved strong traction within the Philippine market.
OMNIPLAY says the performance of these titles demonstrates the importance of combining localisation with product familiarity.
“Operator feedback has consistently highlighted the importance of balancing innovation with familiarity,” the spokesperson said.
The Super Gems series has become one of the supplier’s most recognisable products in the Philippines.
Its latest iteration, Super Gems 1000, introduces a BOOST feature designed to enhance multiplier progression while maintaining the gameplay characteristics players already recognise.
The company believes this iterative development model allows successful games to evolve without losing the elements that drove their original appeal.
One of OMNIPLAY’s central lessons from the Philippines has been the importance of developing games that feel local while remaining capable of scaling internationally.
“One of the most valuable lessons we have learned from the Philippines is the importance of balancing localisation with scalability,” the company said.
OMNIPLAY analyses player metrics including session duration, feature engagement, volatility preferences and trigger frequency to understand how behaviour differs between territories.
In the Philippines, players generally favour relatively simple and intuitive gameplay combined with opportunities for large multipliers.
Features that gradually build anticipation through visible multiplier progression tend to perform particularly strongly.
At the same time, many Philippine players show a preference for lower-volatility games that support longer sessions and sustained engagement.
Other markets may favour shorter sessions, higher volatility or more complex mechanics, meaning OMNIPLAY does not believe a universal product strategy can work across every jurisdiction.
“These differences reinforce the importance of adapting content to local player preferences rather than applying a universal approach,” the spokesperson said.
Player data plays a significant role in OMNIPLAY’s development process, but the supplier says it does not allow analytics to dictate every product decision.
Instead, data is treated as “a guide rather than a formula”.
“By combining player data with operator feedback and market expertise, we aim to create games that deliver strong engagement while supporting long-term commercial performance,” the spokesperson said.
That approach allows the company to refine volatility, pacing and reward structures while retaining creative flexibility.
With its position in the Philippines strengthening, OMNIPLAY is now increasing its presence at major international gaming events as it seeks new operator partnerships.
Industry exhibitions provide the company with opportunities to interact directly with potential partners and better understand regulatory and commercial expectations across different jurisdictions.
“The strong response we have received from international visitors has reinforced our confidence in the scalability of our content and business model,” OMNIPLAY said.
The company sees wider expansion across Asia as a particularly important milestone while continuing to develop its home market.
Over the next 12 months, OMNIPLAY plans to focus on expanding its operator network, improving portfolio performance and strengthening relationships with existing partners.
International market entry and greater visibility through major exhibitions, including ICE, will remain key priorities.
Internally, the company is also investing in AI-driven solutions designed to improve workflows, operational efficiency and support for partners operating across different markets and time zones.
“Our focus is straightforward: continue delivering measurable value for operators while building a business that can scale sustainably over the long term,” the spokesperson concluded.
